My personal yoga practice spans two decades. My desire to grow and share led me to pursue a yoga certification, which I earned in September, 2009. Now, I combine personal experience with yoga's health benefits to lead others down the path of mind and body balance, where everything else falls gracefully into place.
You will improve your health and manage stress with my Kripalu-based yoga practice. These sessions will harmonize your body, mind, and spirit. My balanced sequences include breath work, warm-ups, yoga poses, meditation and relaxation.
